Whenย lightingย the candle for the first time,ย let it burn until the top layer has melted (ยฑ 3-4 hours). This results in an even burn.
Then allow the candle to burn 2-3 hours at a time.
Between each burn, before you light your candle, take a pair of trimmers to your wick and cut it down to about 1/4 inch in length.
Never leave a lit candle unattended.
