LOCAL DELIVERY
Shipping is free for all orders within 5 mile radius of my warehouse. Please allow 3-5 working days for dispatch. Your order will either be delivered by hand or via Royal Mail Standard Shipping depending on the volume of orders.

REPUBLIC OF IRELAND/NORTHERN ISLAND/SCOTTISH ISLANDS/CHANNEL ISLANDS SHIPPING
For ROI/NI/CI/SI's customer parcels will all be delivered by Royal Mail or Evri and unfortunately not benefit from FOC delivery, a standard shipping of £6.00 will be applied at checkout.

US/CANADA SHIPPING
Shipping is calculated based on price. Your order price will be calculated at the checkout, and available shipping services will be then be listed automatically.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (TRACKED) - £30.00

AUSTRALIA SHIPPING
Shipping is calculated based on price. Your order price will be calculated at the checkout, and available shipping services will then be listed automatically.

Please note that all shipments outside of the UK may be subject to Import Duty/Tax/VAT. As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, additional charges must be paid by the recipient. I will not be held responsible for the payment of Import Duty/Tax/VAT under any circumstances, and such charges are not included in the purchase of products.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or not to the standard expected or if you receive the wrong item so that I can evaluate the issue and hopefully make it right.

I have a 14-day returns policy, so you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
​
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, or unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your order details to hand.

To start the returns process, you can contact me at louisa@castlewick.co.uk. If your return is accepted, I'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your return. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or FOC items.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS
I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund payment, but I will do everything I can to speed the process along.
